At propaska, we strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse based on your location. During holidays and peak sale seasons, please allow extra time for your order to be processed.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1-4 working days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Additionally, orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience processing delays.
Shipping Time
After processing your order, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times will be provided to you at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. We will provide you with the shipping fee at checkout before you place your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm your delivery address. If we are unable to reach you or confirm your delivery address, we will refund your order, but not the shipping fee.
Will I Be Charged Customs and Taxes?
Typically, the listed prices are tax-free. If there are any taxes, our shipping partners may help us resolve them. However, it may also require you to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.
Import duties, taxes, and related fees may be charged upon arrival at the final destination and are determined by local customs. For more detailed information on fees, please contact your local customs office.
International Orders
International orders will be shipped based on the operating center and destination country/region.
Average shipping time to international destinations: 15-35 working days
Note: If you are not located in the United States, you can contact us before placing your order to further confirm the exact shipping time.
Some situations that are beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, our carriers may encounter some situations and delays. Therefore, we do not guarantee accurate delivery times; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order without any penalties! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating it for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already been shipped, please send an email to [email protected]. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “Cancel.”
Incorrect Address
If your address is misspelled or entered incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at [email protected]. If there is an error in the address, we can correct it within 24 hours.
