Refund Policy

Overview

At Propaska, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations and you may want to return them. Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If the purchase has been made for more than 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement.

To return the item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

While we believe in providing the best service to our customers, we cannot accept returns for certain types of products. The types of products that cannot be returned include perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept products that are personal or hygienic, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

In addition to these products, there are other products that cannot be returned. These products include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloaded software products

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase item back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We understand that customers may be disappointed with sale items that cannot be refunded, but we encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases before making a final decision.

Exchanges

We believe in providing the best quality products to our customers and are committed to ensuring that customers receive products that are in good condition. If your item is defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace it with a new one.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Fu Li Jin Xi Cheng, Taiyuan City, 030001, Shanxi Province, China. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Force majeure

Propaska shall not be liable for any product damage or transportation delay caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: epidemic, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.

Materials we may need

Regarding refunds, Propaska offers a faster dispute resolution solution. We would appreciate it if you could provide the following information:
Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove the damage. If photos cannot prove the damage to the product, please upload a video.
