Why can’t I get free shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. For now, we only target the US market. Later we will target more markets in other nations. Hawaii and other small islands are not eligible for free shipping. Codes for free shipping or other discounts cannot be retroactively applied to orders already placed on the website.
